Left channel weight inoperable

Question

Left channel weight on window inoperable. Not sure what is wrong.
Need replacement and instructions.

First picture is on window frame. The clip that holds the channel in place so i can remove and clean.

Thanks for posting! Sounds like the spring is shot. Can you show me a picture of the top nylon attachment? Your first photo up there shows the bottom nylon attachment, but we'll need to see the other end to recommend a good match. See the video below for instructions on how these work.
