Left interior handle issue

Numbers found-
Inside left hand interior handle 14E5BZ01. There is aa plastic? ring around the handle that is seated in the door plate. That ring is broken allowing the handle to wobble and sometimes prevent locking the door. This handle has always wobbled a little, is there something else that should give it stability? In the pic labeled Interior left handle you can see the plastic ring protruding out where the handle meets the plate.
Other numbers I found on the aluminum piece running top to bottom of the left door on lock side - UF2340 and LF2300. I could not find any other identifying info on the door.
Door was installed in 2011.
