Hi, How are you? I need to replace the left window operator. It works if I take the crank cover off, but does not work with it on. The pic of arm is the right operator. Also what color is the cover? I need it for the right window when looking outside from the inside of room.
Window is 42 1/4" x 17"
Operator is approximately 9 3/4"
Cover is 5 1/2" x 1 1/2"
