Left side balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this but we'll need more information. Can you remove the balance and shoe from the window and show us a few photos? Are there any stamps on the metal channel? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel? Lastly, how does your balance mount to the top of the window?
