Left side casement

Question

I was not able to remove at this time, but will if I need to.   Truth is stamped in one part.  40942-A is on the part at bottom on frame.  This is a discontinued Seaway Mfg window from 1998.

Your operator looks like an older version of the 39-091 and 39-092. Note that Roto discontinued the link arms that connect to the sash, so you will have to reuse yours.

As for the hinge, take a look at the 10" 36-048 to start. Review the specifications and see if they match up with your old hinge. We just recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
