Hi there!
We can help but we'll need to see your pivot shoe removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

Many thanks for contacting me. Here are pics. A small metal tube sticks out of windows which is the pivot. I also enclosed pics of smaller window coil mechanism.
Any help would greatly appreciated. I will need to install 2 small window and 13 larger ones. Both left and right. Thanks again, Simon

It looks like you have our 15-180 coil balance shoe which uses the Series 190 coil spring. Compare our dimensions to your current pivot shoe and see if everything matches up for what you need.

I'm ready to order my coil springs but am unable to find any number stamped. What do you suggest I order for. Single and double balances. Thanks. Simon

If you don't see a stamped number, you'll need to weigh your sash and divide the weight between the number of coils in your assembly.
