large numbers on part R30842. I could reuse the old crank and cover

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 39-032 Dual-Arm Operator. Please compare and make sure the dimensions match what you have. If you do need new covers and handles, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
