Left side mechanism gears stripped

Question

The attached photos aware a combined set from both sides because the left side is stripped and easier to take photos of right side mechanism open. Stamped on the metal arm that attaches to the window says Entry Guard and a little house stamped in it with the word Truth.

I need a new mechanism for the left side. Can you help? Have fix this for buyers of our home.

Thanks for posting. I would start with our 39-031 and 39-032. Carefully compare those dimensions to your own operator and see how they match up.
