Left side rear hanging bracket for kitchen drawer slide

Question

These 2 photos show the broken left side rear hanging bracket for a kitchen drawer slide bar. There are no names or numbers on the part, so I don't know the manufacturer. I've included some dimensions on the photo of the bracket as well as the end of the drawer slide. I appreciate any help you can give on identifying the part in order to get a replacement.

We believe your drawer socket was discontinued by the manufacturer, but our 32-025 could work as a replacement. Look over our dimensions to confirm if your track will fit into the socket opening.
