Left side window has fallen off broken hinge

I am not sure what part I need... hinge arm said EntryGard and TRUTH ... in the sash was this # 30751-B. Thank you for your help!

It's hard to see your hinge on these photos. However, our 36-048 hinge set is worth considering. Look it over and see if it is compatible with your hinge set.
