Left sliding drawer rear mounting bracket

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we don't sell a match for this bracket. I believe this is used with drawer slides with an L-shaped end, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

If I'm right, the best thing we can offer is to replace your old drawer slide setup with the 32-056 or the other-sized variants related on this page. You'd also need the 32-139 bracket. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
