Hello,

We offer the 15-192 Certainteed pivot shoe, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section on the 15-192 product page. Please note that past customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb.

We also offer a conversions video shown below that works for Certainteed coil balances like yours, as well as Simonton. Take a look and review the full process below and see which option you'd prefer for your repair. Thanks for posting!

The 15-192 Certainteed pivot shoe worked fine, I did need to do a little shaving of the plastic protrusions (front and back) so it can slide down the window jamb, no biggie.

Your advise right on target, thank you

Happy Holiday Season
