I am having trouble finding replacement parts. I just found out the window is made by general aluminum if that helps

Thank you for your patience during this holiday season. We do not currently have a match for this top sash guide, but we are working on a substitute that I think will work well as a replacement. Please give us a little time to work on it and I'll let you know when it becomes available.

OK thank you it would be very helpfull. Let me know if you need any other information.Oh and 1 more thing this is only the left guide in the pictures the right 1 is broken/gone

Alright, please see our new 18-066. We believe this will replace your current top sash guide.
