Hello,
At first I was confident it was the Product Code: 82-081 as there is a lock on the outside handle. but the screw hole anchors seem to be closer to 6 inches than the 4 15/16

Please advise

Hello,

I agree that the 82-081 looks like a match to yours. I can't confirm based on photos of your measurements but it does look like the distance between your mounting holes would be 4-15/16". Take a look at the diagram below and make sure you're measuring the way that we demonstrate in the photo. Thank you!
