Handle will not move out of the locked position. Looks like a tight fit to get this off.

I can see your patio door itself is called the "Legacy" , but I don't believe you have one of the Legacy handles. Take a look at the 82-080 type of patio door handle. I believe this is the type you have. To remove your handle you will need to use an "off-set" type screw drive to access the mounting screws on the side of the pull handle base. If your pull handle is fine ( it looks good in the photos) you might need to just replace the internal mortise latch. Review all of this information over and let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
