Legance 3 patio door replacement handle

I am looking for a complete replacement for the handle and I am not sure which mortise lock would work. I am looking for the handle with exterior key lock replacement. Thank you !

Thanks for posting. Is the hole spacing for a handle set 4-15/16", between the center of each mounting hole? If so, our 82-080 or keyed 82-081 might work for this door, as these handle sets are often associated with the Legance 3 doors. However I must confess the mortise lock is not a kind I'm familiar with. It looks similar to our 82-238 (which is compatible with the handle sets I just mentioned), but the spacing of the locking hooks differs. Because of this I cannot guarantee these parts will work for you. Take a look and let me know what you think.
