Legance II sliding patio door rollers needed

Question

Hi, I have Legance II sliding patio door. It appears that the rollers are broken off and the door is hard to open and close. The markings on the door are follows:

Legance 3 patio door.
Type: DDSG
Code: TRI-K-36
Additional markings:
86 DR6 LEG3
S 35-13/16x76-7/8-L
07-83643-01
SL 15796471 BS (this one was hard to read and may not be accurate)

I would like to see if you have the right side door roller replacement parts.

I'm sorry to say that we have no record of what particular roller this door used. You could have anything at this stage. In order for us to help, we will need you to remove a complete roller and show us photos of the top, back, and sides along with written dimensions. Let us know if that'd be possible!
