I'm trying to replace a 1-1/4" roller assembly. What is the overall length of the 84-078 piece?

The overall length of the 84-078 is approximately 6-1/2". Are you sure you have the 84-078? Do you have an Andersen screen door? If you don't know, please remove your roller from the door and take a few pictures it for us to look at.

It is an Anderson door. 6-1/2" long. Appears to be a match. Photo attached

Ah, I see. I agree, our 84-078 appears to be a close match. Just make sure all the dimensions match!
