Length of channels ordered shorter by 1in

S795-27c.
Comparing old channel to new. New channel is 27 in and old seems to be 28in. Will the new ones still work or do I need to return for longer channel?

I don't believe the new product will work, no. They need to be the same size. I recommend returning the new balance for a refund and purchasing the correct length balance.
