It's tough to tell what you have from these photos, but I think your old casement window lock just may be a match for our 38-209. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

May but here is a hinge part inside that was stuck as windows had not been exercised about six years

That may be an issue, then. If you are unable to remove that part then you may need the assistance of a local professional who is familiar with this window. They can come out and try to remove that stuck part.
