Lever will not turn the lock assembly

I am looking for a replacement two hook mortise lock assembly for a glass sliding door. There are no labels or stickers to identify the manufacturer. The top and bottom door handle holes are 4 15/16" apart. With the outer plate on the mortise lock assembly, the overall height is 9". The only part numbers I found were on the door handles: DR 05-1510; DR 05-1530 and DR 05-154. I have attached pictures of the parts as a reference. This looks very similar to your 82-238 part.

I did purchase the 82-238 mortise lock, and although it didn't look exactly like the original, the dimensions were the same and your device fit perfectly in the door and my original handles and keeper aligned perfectly with your 82-238 mortise. I received the new mortise the day after I ordered it and had it installed in 5 minutes. Thanks for all the help and support.
