Lexington Chest Drawer Replacement Pulls

I'm trying to find replacement drawer pulls for our Lexington chest shown in the attached pictures. These pulls are 4 1/2 inches on center.

I should have mentioned that this Lexington bedroom set is 25+ years old and in great shape except for the broken pulls. Don't know if that info is helpful in identifying the pulls.

Did you ever find where to buy these pulls? I am having the same issue with my set and was curious if you ever found replacements!
