Both sides are broken and window cannot be closed once opened.
I think the part I need is either DHPB- 42 or DHPB-42.

This looks like the old Certainteed brand pivot bar. It's not made anymore but you can use our 26-175 as a replacement. I know it looks different, but Certainteed designed this to replace your original. It should still work.
