Lift the door with this clamp on

A quick learner from Jersey city, NJ says:
I bought this door from Loews, which is a mirrored door. Can you please advise what do I have to tighten so that the wheel comes down and the door moves up. I tried to tighten the screw but that doesn't help either. For some reason if I lift the door the wheel falls off and when it clips to the bracket the door does not stay up

Thanks for posting, Megs. To raise the door, turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise. If you lift the door manually to take the weight off the door, the wheel will drop down, but you can still turn the screw to raise the door wheel. The wheel will go back in the housing when installing the door back on the track.

Thank you Paul you made my day :). It finally worked, just realized how simple it was.
