Lifting strip for single hung pvc window

Can you recognize this extrusion in your parts inventory? This lifting strip
snaps onto the glass at the bottom of the pvc window--if there is too much
lifting friction, the lifting tab(that runs the full width of the window and
the mounted end is shown by the pencil) break off....making further lifting of
window sash nearly impossible!!
