Lincoln Kitchen Wwindow

A quick learner from Rochester, NY says:
Hi Swisco,

Please help identify the replacement for the attached photos. The defective one is on the right if looking out. I took the last picture from the working one because I didn't want to deal with having to close the bad one again. You can open it fine, but whne trying to close it threads out.

Thank you,

It looks like you have the 39-031 and 39-032 style operator. This style operator does not come with the cover nor a handle. You might want to reuse your handle and cover (if they are still in good condition). If not, we also carry those parts too (see 39-107, 39-205, and 39-114L).

To replace the operator you will have to remove the wood sill cover to get at the installation screws. Be careful not to damage the wood when removing it. It should be held in with small trim nails.
