Your operator resembles the 39-032, depending on how the measurements below compare to yours. Note that the link arm of our part has a downward offset, while yours is upward. This difference will require some manipulation to attach the link arm to the sash bracket. We also offer the 39-107 cover and 39-205 folding handle for this assembly.
