I'm not 100% sure, but I believe Lincoln windows used the old Maxim casement window hardware like our 39-221B and 39-220B. If so, you could use our 39-205 handle.

Please note that this is just an educated guess. In order to know for sure, I would need photos of what you have installed now.

Are these folding handles? Or a t handle? I need clearance for blinds.

You won't find any handles that will give you clearance for blinds, unfortunately. It's not the handle that's the problem, it's the spline stem. Even if you had a handle that folded down as low as it could possibly, go, the spline stem would still get in the way of the blinds.

The only solution is to mount the blinds in a way that gives way for the operator.

How about a t handle as per the picture. They would help.

Sure, a good T handle would be our 39-102. This should be fully compatible with the existing parts.

Do you also have white covers that will work with this t handle. I'll need 10 sets

For the operators you show in your photos above, you can use the 39-107 cover.
