Hello, we have a window crank that isn't working. it looks like the part with the gear is worn. The part number on the assembly is 31539, can you tell me if you have a cross reference for this or do you need me to send you a picture and or demisions? Thank you

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but unfortunately, the numbers stamped on your assembly do not cross-reference to our inventory. If you could show us photos of your operator with the window open so the arms that move the sash are fully visible, we can go from there. Thank you!
