Hey there, thanks for posting! The 38-201 and 38-205 are the closest match we have to the part you have pictured here. Part 38-209 is compatible with the Truth Mirage handle and escutcheon. I cannot guarantee that either of them will work as a replacement for what you currently have but they are worth considering as a replacement.

Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware to determine if either of them might work as a replacement.
