The side with the knob is 1 3/8".
It's for flange or lip screen window screen frame fastener.

I'm afraid we don't sell any screen fastener that matches what you show here. I'm honestly not familiar with this design at all. Might it be possible to see what it looks like while installed? That would give me a better idea of its function and whether we sell something that could work as an alternative.
