Looking for parts for my older model windows (brand name is Living). Issues with the spring and cylinder housing on the sides of the windows. Also, issues with the bottom clip (on the left and right side) that holds the window in place when it's raised.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like a non-tilt window. Can you confirm the diameter of the outer tube? We'd also like to see a photo of the inner spiral tip. Lastly, can you remove the bottom clip and show us a few photos? I'm afraid we aren't able to get a good look at it.

Hey Emily. I can tilt the window to put in a screen. Not sure if that's what your implying. The diameter of the outer tube is 3/8"s. I am attaching the photos per your request. I couldn't remove the bottom clip but took some more pics. Maybe they'll help.

My apologies! Thanks for confirming that for me. Since this is a tilt window and the outer tube diameter is 3/8", I recommend the Series 900.

For the pivot shoe and pivot bar, see the 15-045 and 26-041. I can't be certain without seeing your hardware removed but these parts are a place to start. Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
