Living room non-tilt window channel balance replacement

Quick Learner from Mount Vernon, WA
I measured everything per your requirements and here's what I found for the window channel balance that came out of the non-tilting living room window.

The length is actually 13 5/8 " (Does not match anything on your site)

Other than that it appears the shoes match the series S385

Is this a custom order and can I order something like this?

Thank you for contacting us. This is not our Series 385, I'm afraid. You have a special type that will need to be custom made. If you look at your bottom nylon shoe, you'll note that the pulley wheel is literally built into it, rather than just in the metal channel.

We can definitely supply these but we'll need a bit more information. First, there should have been a metal hook at the end of the cord. I don't see it in your photos, so it may have snapped off. Would you happen to have it on hand? Maybe the balance on the other side of the window still has it.

Second, I'll need to know how many you need. Once I have this information, I'll email you an order link and price quote for the requested quantity.

Did you want a picture of the hook, or something else?

I'm thinking of ordering a backup set, so I need 4 of these.

I'll also have another order for another window, but it's not the same length since it was from a bathroom window. I'll need 4 of them too. I like to have spare parts on hand, in case they break again.

I just took the other channel balance from the same window that I pulled the broken one from, and everything appears in tact and good, including a hook.

What information did you need?

Should I just ship it to you and then you would have exact copy of what I need,

I hope the new ones come with instructions.

Yes, we need a picture of the hook. There's no need to ship it to us. Like I mentioned in my post back on the 10th, we just need to see the metal hook at the end of the cord.

Thanks for your patience

I'm attaching 5 photos of the good channel balance

Great, thank you! That's just what we needed to see. I'll email you an order link and price quote right now for 4 of these.
