Thanks for posting! Your casement operator closely resembles our 39-253RB. The opposite handed version is part 39-253LB. Look over the dimensions below and compare them to your operator to confirm that this is the replacement you'll need.

This particular operator is compatible with the 39-452 non-folding cover and the 39-376 folding handle with cover kit, in case you were interested in changing the look of the cover. 

You may also need the 39-529 track slider, which is the square piece attached to the end of the straight arm, as well as the bracket, which appears to be part 39-545.
