Locating Channel Balances With a Hook

Question

Good Morning,
I have a channel balance that is 22" (22B) and one that is 24" (24B). They both have the shoe (15-194) but the clip on the other side is different than what I am seeing on the website.

I have attached it below. It is a 1/4 wide and about 7/8 long. Would yall have anything like this?

That first phot does show a very strange hook. Before we go any further, can you kindly show me a photo of the hole where these hooks install? That would allow us to determine the best course of action for both sides.
