Your handle resembles an older version of our 82-080 handle set that uses the 82-240 lever. We cannot guarantee that the 82-240 lever is compatible due to the older design. You may need to replace the full handle set. The 82-080 handle set has 4-15/16" hole spacing. Please compare the dimensions for a good fit. Let me know if you have any questions.
