I have gotten a home and we do not have a key to the patio door. I was wondering if I order a lock from you and it doesn't work what is your return policy.

Your handle set resembles the 82-087 that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. If you are only looking to replace the exterior lock since the key is missing, please review the 82-310 key lock that is compatible with this handle set.
