Thanks for writing in! If you are having trouble with locking/unlocking the door, the issue is likely the internal locking mechanism in the door. Although, you'll need to remove the hardware to confirm this.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for this style locking mechanism. You'll need to contact the door and/or handle manufacturer to see if they are able to supply you with the replacements needed to make your repairs.
