Thanks for posting! Your sash lock reminds me of either the 90-274 Acorn Lock or the 90-278 Lock & Keeper. To determine which of these is the best fit, carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them.

We do not have a direct replacement for the keeper your lock uses but there is a chance we may have a solution that could work. I'll need to see a photo of this piece removed from the window. It would also help to confirm the measurements for the installation holes, written out.
