Lock Balance Shoe

I ordered the 15-195 replacement parts, but they are too thick to catch the pin inside the balance. I've included a picture of the 15-195 next to the original, as well as a picture of the info sticker inside the window.

Our t-lock balance shoe will not work on your balance. You will need to replace the entire balance. We can help you with that. You will need to remove the balance out of the window and upload photos for us to see. We will also need to know the length, as well as, any stampings or markings that may appear on the balance. Thank you.

I'm adding photos of the balance. The only Markings I could find say 26B, TG, and BSIN.

The balance is roughly 26in long and 9/16in wide.

Thanks! You can use our S795-26 to replace your old hardware. It will come with a 1-1/2" wide 15-195 T-Lock shoe by default. For the stamp, I recommend the 26B option to match your old one. This indicates that both balances working together can carry a sash weighing 11 through 17 pounds.
