Hello,

We can't be sure based on a damaged part but take a look at another customer's post here. Their keeper has the same stamp code shown in your photos. Take a look and see if the 90-169 or 90-301 face mount keeper we recommended might work for your application. Thanks for posting!

Tennessee, I have that exact same part that needs replaced. Did you ever find a source? The links provided by Casey above and the other thread are not an exact match. The hole spacing is 1" but the height is also 1" whereas those others are larger. But I don't know if they would still work.
