Lock Lever Reversible?

Is the lock lever reversible such that it an move up/down while being away from the latch mechanism (opposite of depiction)?

Also...is this available in a center mount lock lever configuration?

The 82-086 is reversible, yes, but it's not available with a centered thumb lever. If that's what you need then I instead recommend the 82-030 handle along with an 82-310 key lock (sold separately). This has an adjustable thumb lever that allows you to mount it in a top, center, or bottom position as needed. The same goes for the key lock hole.
