Your handle set resembles the 82-086 with 3-15/16" hole spacing shown below. If you only need a new key lock and are able to reuse the housing, take a look at the 82-310. To be positive, feel free to get back to us with a photo of the mortise lock in the center of the door to ensure that the 82-310 would be compatible. Thank you!
