Thanks for writing in! There is a good chance that we can supply you with the casement lock assembly needed for your window. Although, I will need to see the lock removed from the window to confirm the exact replacement.

Once we have a better idea of the lock you have, we'll be able to confirm the orientation your lock needs to be and how to determine which side is which.
