I have a HS-R15-84x60 sliding glass door that has a lock installed. The key has been lost and I would like to replace the lock. What other information can I provide about the handle assembly to understand what kind of lock I need?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we have nothing in our records for this code. Can you show us a photo of the key lock? It would also be a huge help if we could see the handle set and mortise lock.
