Lock assembly and tilt latch replacement

Hi there. Beginning with your lock assembly, see if our 38-099 and 38-100 can make for a good substitute for you. As for your tilt latch, we really would need to know the distance measurement between the screw holes to narrow down our options on a replacement. If you could provide that information that would be great.
