This is very old handle set, and I'm afraid that an exact replacement is not available. Does the mortise lock inside the door that this handle set interfaces with resemble our 82-218? If so, the good news is I think you could get a handle like our 82-033 to work if you redrill the installation holes to match the 3-15/16" hole spacing. See what you think.
