Lock cracked. Handle comes off

Your lock looks like a match for our 38-090. As for the handle, I'm not sure why it's coming off. Is it just the handle, or is it bringing the gear bore with it?

If the handle is taking the gear bore with it then you need a new operator. i would need you to remove the original so that I can see a clear picture of the whole mechanism without obstruction.

I'm unfortunately not sure what the operator may be. I can't see enough of the original to make a recommendation. Would it be possible to see a clear photo of the whole mechanism out of the window? That should tell me exactly what you have.

As for the handle, can you tell me the exact diameter of its hole?

There is no stamp, sticker, number, or code that will tell you what that operator is, unfortunately. The only way we can find you a match is to go by its design, which will require seeing it out of the window. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
