Can you identify the lock required from this basic picture?

I would start by looking at our 82-035. Carefully compare the specs we show to your own hardware. Make special note of the distance between the installation holes, center-to-center. For the 82-035, this measurement is 3-15/16". What is it for your door?

Measurements are screw to screw 3 7/8" and center hole to center hole locking mechanism is 3 3/4". Could you recommend a lock/handle for sliding door from this description?

Sounds like the 82-035 is the closest replacement we have. For the inside locking mechanism, see our 82-218. Do you think these parts could work for you?
