Lock for patio door

I have a patio door that was manufactured by Okna Windows over 10 years ago and the lock has broke. I contacted Okna and they said they are unable to get the parts from their supplier so they've redirected me to you. Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks.

Hey there. I believe this is the 82-238 Mortise Lock, but review the dimensions to confirm.
